We are seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, with experience in managing day-to-day operations, including supplies and administrative support.

You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient office systems to ensure productivity, document management, and task tracking. In addition, you will assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for business development opportunities, as well as collaborating with leadership to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners. You will also need to be highly organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
