Job Description

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

The Construction Operations Lead plays a critical role in ensuring the success of our construction projects. This involves supervising site operations, managing subcontractors, and implementing safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develops and implements strategies to improve site efficiency and productivity.
  2. Coordinates with project teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
  3. Monitors and controls costs associated with construction projects.
  4. Identifies and mitigates potential risks and hazards on site.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in construction operations.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and cost control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate teams.
  • OSHA 10 Card/First Aid Certified preferred.
