As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a seamless experience in our golf shop.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform opening and closing procedures for the shop, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed and the shop is ready for guests.
  • Be accountable for all guest sales transactions, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Make tee time reservations and assist with rotating merchandise inventory and keeping displays clean and orderly.
  • Collaborate with guest services and club management to facilitate starting times and play on the golf course.
  • Assist with events and outside tournaments as needed, providing exceptional service to our guests.

**Requirements:**

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); and three months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Regular and reliable attendance, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
