Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute partner business plans to drive new sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners to create new opportunities for both partners and Phocas.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, providing product and program training through webinars and demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with Phocas Account Executives to close new business generated through partnerships.
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to showcase Phocas products and solutions.
  • Regularly review and measure partner progress to ensure profitability and communicate reviews with partnership and company leaders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or account management, preferably with software-based solutions and B2B environments.
  • Previous experience in channel/partner management with accounting technology, system integrator, and/or ERP partners.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota in past positions.
  • Experience managing multiple partnerships concurrently.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to travel 25-50% of the time (domestic and international).
Desirable Requirements:
  • Experience in business intelligence, accounting technology, and ERP solutions.
  • Prior experience with HubSpot preferred.
  • Prior experience selling and/or working within target markets, such as manufacturing, distribution, and retail.
  • Financial experience or knowledge of budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
Qualification/Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent.
  • Previous sales methodology training (SPIN, Challenger, Force, Meddic) highly desired.
Skills/Attributes:
  • Strong business acumen and common sense.
  • Good interpersonal skills - outgoing and personable.
  • Great communication skills - verbal, written, and presentation.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team to solve problems and make sales connections.
  • Adopts a growth mindset and willingness to embrace new challenges and opportunities.

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $115,000, plus a commission plan. Our benefits package includes health care, retirement plan, life insurance, paid time off, family leave, short-term and long-term disability, training and development, and work-from-home options.
