We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Management Advisor to join our team at Western Alliance Bank. As a Treasury Management Advisor, you will be responsible for developing new Treasury Management business, expanding existing business relationships, and delivering Treasury Management services to new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all elements of the Treasury Management sales cycle, including business development, prospect qualification, needs analysis, and close of sale.
  • Retain and grow customer portfolios with a program of service review, regular calling, and industry training.
  • Develop independent channels to prospect for new Treasury Management clients and manage the process to maintain a pipeline of potential targets.
  • Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, industry trends, competitive environment, and service issues.
  • Use this knowledge to design customer-centric Treasury Management solutions and provide consultative expertise on the liquidity management cycle.
  • Represent the Bank in the local and regional Treasury Management communities and in industry groups.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent from a college or university and (1) or more years related experience or, four (4) or more years related experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking, including understanding of bank products, services, and regulations, policies, and procedures, with an emphasis in Treasury Management, credit facilities, or a combination.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of deposit and payment products, and online technology platforms, sales concepts, and banking regulations.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.
Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $114,187.00 for Costa Mesa, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned and restricted stock.
