About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our dynamic front office team at DKN HOTEL GROUP. As a Hotel Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless hotel operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train the Guest Service Team/ Front Office to ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of performance.
  • Oversee hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager, making timely and effective decisions to ensure smooth hotel functioning.
  • Manage multi-departmental operations, prioritizing tasks and delegating work assignments to optimize productivity.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in hotel management, preferably as a Front Desk Manager or with progressive front desk responsibility.
  • Strong English skills, both oral and written, with proficiency in multiple languages a plus.
  • Ability to make timely, effective decisions, prioritize tasks, and delegate work assignments.
