About the Role:
The successful candidate will ensure adherence to state regulations and Little Friends Inc standards, while providing exceptional care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our RN Program Director to coordinate staff training and ensure compliance with medical and medication policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate health and medical support services for individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Ensure adherence to state regulations and Little Friends Inc standards
  • Provide exceptional care and support to residents
  • Coordinate staff training on medical and medication policies
  • Collaborate with RN Program Director to ensure compliance with regulations and policies

Requirements:
  • Current Licensed Registered Nurse
  • Valid Illinois Driver's License and insurance
  • At least 21 years of age
  • 1+ years of experience as a nurse
  • Certified DHS nurse trainer or able to complete training
  • 1+ years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a CILA (preferred)
  • Knowledge of IDPH, DHS, DCFS, public health survey process/regulations, Medicaid, and ICF/DD residential care facilities (preferred)
