About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team at Atlas Roofing Corporation. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our mechanical devices and equipment.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical technology, with experience in performing maintenance tasks on various types of machinery and equipment. You will work closely with other maintenance professionals to identify and resolve issues, and provide support and leadership to craft and non-craft employees as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on mechanical devices and equipment
  • Identify and diagnose problems with machinery and equipment
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance routines to minimize downtime
  • Work collaboratively with maintenance colleagues to achieve shared goals

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical technology or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in maintenance role
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical technology and equipment repair
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
