We are seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work with our therapy team to deliver customized treatment plans that deliver real results and exceed patients' expectations.

About the Role

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in their homes and/or a community environment. You will provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting, and implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.

Responsibilities
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities
  • Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability
  • Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
  • Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
  • Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
  • Track client progress and program data
  • Understand and adhere to Company Policy and Procedures
  • Observe confidentiality and safeguard all patient-related information
Qualifications

We are looking for a Registered Behavioral Technician Certification, preferred, and a Bachelor's Degree, preferred. Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population is also required. A valid Driver's License, reliable transportation, and insurance are necessary. Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs is a must.
