MyKelly is collaborating with a leading manufacturer of high-performance industrial sorbents and spill control solutions. We are currently seeking dedicated Production Crew Members for various shifts.

Compensation:
Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.
Note: A $2.50 shift differential is available for 3rd shift positions.

Available Shifts:
1st Shift:
  • 6am-6pm, 2-2-3 straight schedule
  • 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday
2nd Shift:
  • 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday
3rd Shift:
  • 6pm-6am, 2-2-3 straight schedule

Position Overview:
The Production Crew Member will assist in various production tasks, including supplying materials, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Collaborate with line operators to understand production requirements.
  • Accurately count and weigh products during packaging.
  • Ensure proper palletization and wrapping of products.
  • Support operators in machine operations as needed.
  • Inspect products for quality assurance.
  • Remove waste and materials from machines.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to wear protective gear, including eye and hearing protection.
  • Strong listening skills for following verbal instructions.
  • Proficient in using hand controls and understanding machine components.
  • Physical capability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience in climbing, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

  • Manual pallet jacks
  • Stretch wrap machines
  • Utility knives
  • Air hoses
  • Air guns

Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • Must have at least one year of employment with a single employer in the last three years.
  • Steel-toed footwear is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
