We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rooms Operations Manager to join our team at Marriott. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments, including Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure excellent guest satisfaction and maximize financial performance.
- Monitor compliance with standards and procedures, and lead specific teams to meet or exceed property goals.
- Assist in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments, including Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest and employee satisfaction, and maximize financial performance.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with Marriott's quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
- Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years of experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
- A competitive salary range of $57,000 to $69,000 annually.
