Freeskiing Coach Opportunity

Stratton Winter Sports Club is seeking a skilled Freeskiing Coach to lead our programs and provide exceptional experiences for our athletes.

Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, incorporating fresh methods into seasonal goals and daily training plans to keep our programs engaging and valuable.
  • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders, keeping them informed about training schedules, critical updates, event details, and expanded opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement, including new programming, camps, and social activities that foster a year-round connection to the Club.
  • Participate in daily meetings and be prepared to step in as needed to support daily operations.
  • Ensure the safety and security of our athletes and staff, maintaining high standards and compliance.

Previous coaching experience at a state or local event is required. The successful candidate should be comfortable with event travel and prepared to travel as needed.

Travel Requirements:
  • Regular event travel may be required, with reimbursement provided for authorized expenses.

This role involves working select evenings, weekends, and holidays during the winter season.
