Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of security operations.
  • Develop and implement security processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of security standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of security operations with other business functions.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with security standards and procedures.
  • Provide training and coaching to security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage and maintain security systems, including emergency communication systems and security technology systems.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure the successful implementation of new security projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a shift in a Security Operations Center.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a Security Operations Center.
  • At least 2 years of experience with security technology systems.
  • At least 1 year of experience with emergency communication operations.
