Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Associate Community Manager to become part of our newly formed Digital Strategy team within the Digital Growth function. This role is essential in managing our vibrant social communities across leading brands, focusing on content strategy, creation, daily engagement, and monitoring. The Associate Community Manager will play a crucial role in amplifying major campaigns and product launches in collaboration with key agency partners on social media platforms. Additionally, this position involves influencer discovery, negotiations, and contracting, with the expectation of driving substantial growth in social platform followings and engagement metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and share top-tier social content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
  • Oversee the placement and performance of organic and paid media assets.
  • Respond to community inquiries and comments within 24 hours, ensuring a high-quality experience.
  • Monitor social media channels for user-generated content, product feedback, and relevant trends.
  • Define and track success metrics on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with inter-agency teams to develop and execute strategic social initiatives.
  • Create and curate engaging social media content.
  • Manage influencer relationships from discovery to ongoing engagement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support business objectives through social media efforts.
  • Analyze campaign performance and report on key performance indicators.
  • Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams, capturing action items and executing aligned plans.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns effectively.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 3-6 years of relevant experience with a proven track record in major social media platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; prior community management and copywriting experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to edit social and video content in-house is advantageous.
  • Experience with social analytics and planning tools.
  • Willingness to monitor social media outside of regular hours as needed.
  • A creative mindset with a respect for the company's legacy.
