Position Overview

We are seeking an Inventory Management Associate to contribute to our operations at Impact Collective. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow and precision of inventory within our warehouse setting. Your efforts will be vital in maintaining the efficiency of our operations by keeping accurate records of all products entering and leaving the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform precise counts and validate inventory levels using established protocols and technology.
  • Organize and oversee inventory storage areas for optimal accessibility and retrieval.
  • Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and resolve any inconsistencies.
  • Prepare and package orders for shipment in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  • Collaborate with shipping and receiving teams to prioritize order processing.
  • Work alongside other departments to guarantee proper handling and storage of inventory.
  • Generate reports and maintain documentation related to inventory operations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to enhance coordination and efficiency.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding available products.
  • Maintain well-organized product displays.
  • Continuously evaluate space conditions and proactively communicate with relevant teams.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in inventory management or a similar field is advantageous.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate information clearly and positively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrates outstanding customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Capability to lift and move items, occasionally up to 15 pounds.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
