Leadership Opportunity

Join our team as the Senior Vice President of Development and Partnerships, where you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building partnerships, and enhancing brand value for United Way of Central Maryland.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy to achieve revenue growth and diversification goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key individual and corporate donors, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to plan and implement new revenue streams and go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing development team to achieve organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with a strong track record in development, partnerships, and sales, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is desirable.
