Program Overview

Welcome to the Accelerated Career Track program, a comprehensive rotational development experience designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in financial services.

This 15-18 month program offers a unique blend of classroom training, on-the-job experience, and project-based learning, allowing you to gain broad-based knowledge of our industry and organization.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on location and experience.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Job Description

As an Accelerated Career Track Associate, you will be responsible for completing a series of rotations within the line of business, enhancing your financial, analytical, and technical skills.

You will work closely with managers, leaders, and peers to build relationships, complete project work, and develop your professional skills through one-on-one coaching.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree with an overall GPA of 3.2 or higher
  • 9 hours of accounting coursework (specific to Commercial and Wealth Associate roles)
  • Excellent leadership skills and relevant work experience
How You'll Spend Your Time

Your time will be divided among:

  • Classroom training and line of business overviews
  • Credit Analysis training and case study work
  • Project work with direct impacts and value add to the line of business
  • Rotational training experiences working day-to-day in the line of business
