Job Description

We are seeking skilled professionals for various positions within our team. As a Track Labor Specialist, you will be responsible for general labor duties including track construction and maintenance, equipment upkeep, and inventory management. Previous construction experience is beneficial, but not required. You must possess a working knowledge of hand tools and be able to work in adverse seasonal conditions.

The Equipment Operator will operate and maintain heavy equipment such as backhoes, track-hoes, and bucket loaders. Previous railroad construction experience is helpful, but not necessary. You must have a working knowledge of construction equipment and be eager to learn new skills.

The Track Foreman will lead a specialized team in planning, organizing, and managing rail operations. This includes ensuring track maintenance, inspections, and equipment upkeep are performed safely, efficiently, and environmentally responsibly. Experience in the railroad industry is preferred, but general construction/civil construction experience will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Must be willing to submit to and pass a drug screen.
  • Must be able to pass a background check, e-rail safe, and on-track safety.
  • Must be willing and capable of working any shift, including weekends.
  • Must have ability to work at heights, climb stairs, lift up to 80 pounds, and work in hot or cold environments.
