Buc-ee's is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Loss Prevention Clerk/Off Duty Peace Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Asset Protection department, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of our premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of the property, including main doors, entrances, restrooms, and building perimeter, to ensure the security and safety of personnel and assets.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and report any irregularities or suspicious activity to management.
- Prevent losses and damage by identifying and addressing potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Complete detailed reports of observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities to support incident investigations and security improvements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in loss prevention, asset protection, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
