Job Summary: As a Fraud Protection Specialist at Suncoast Credit Union, you will play a critical role in preventing and detecting financial crimes. You will work closely with our team to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the security of our members' accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect financial crimes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
- Conduct thorough investigations and analysis to identify patterns and trends
- Provide expert guidance and training to colleagues on fraud prevention and detection
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fraud prevention and detection
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
