About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at AdventHealth Gordon. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in the care of our patients, working closely with our Radiation Oncologists to deliver safe and effective radiation treatments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient simulations and deliver radiation treatments as prescribed by the Radiation Oncologist.
  • Provide ongoing education and support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Prepare and deliver radiation treatments, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Collaborate with the Radiation Oncology team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Active Georgia Radiation Therapist license required.
  • Registered Radiation Therapist (ARRT) certification or eligibility.
  • 6 months of work experience in a clinical setting or applicable school internship.
  • Completion of a Radiation Therapy Program.
