Job Title: Senior Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Experience Designer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Senior Experience Designer, you will be responsible for designing high-visibility mission-critical infographics, data visualizations, and presentations for senior and executive-level leadership.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of designers and developers to create innovative digital designs, marketing collateral, and outreach materials. You will execute visual communications projects, guide a branded design strategy across the team, and deliver on time-sensitive products.

Responsibilities:
  • Design high-visibility mission-critical infographics, data visualizations, and presentations for senior and executive-level leadership
  • Execute visual communications projects, including graphic design, data visualization, and presentation design
  • Guide a branded design strategy across the team, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Deliver on time-sensitive products, meeting tight deadlines and high expectations
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe Acrobat
  • 10+ years of experience with presentations, including design, development, and delivery
  • Experience in the production process, including print and digital production
  • Experience communicating with print and production vendors and intellectual property and copyright principles
  • Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of graphic design competencies
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with data visualization, finished intelligence, and infographic production
  • Experience adhering to brand management guidelines
  • Experience working in IC or DoD environments
  • Experience using and downloading online stock graphic providers
  • Ability to manage projects, prioritize, and juggle multiple projects with short deadlines
  • Ability to prioritize and satisfy multiple requirements on time, in an environment where requirements frequently change
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, to support a project management office
  • Possession of excellent project management and organizational skills
Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220, annualized USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
