Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Senior Mechanical Designer to work on a variety of projects, including mission-critical facilities, residential, and commercial developments. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, Revit, and building systems design.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical engineering solutions for building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and drainage systems.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits and document findings to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Mechanical Technology or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Revit operation and design, with a focus on building projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit MEP and building systems design.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple projects.
