Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Product Development Manager to join our team at Anord Mardix, a global leader in critical power solutions. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our electrical power distribution systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of engineers and CAD designers on engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery of design deliverables.
  • Develop and refine processes and standards for design deliverables, ensuring adherence to project schedule and budget.
  • Work closely with sales, project managers, procurement, production, quality assurance, and other engineers to analyze feedback from customers and produce or improve product designs.
  • Manage change control and analyze problems that may arise during the manufacturing process, recommending solutions.
  • Collaborate with the quality team to assess quality metrics and analyze current Product Design and Production times.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 7 years of engineering experience, with demonstrable knowledge of UL 891 Switchboards, UL 1558 Metal-Enclosed Low-Voltage Power Circuit Breaker Switchgear, and other relevant industry standards.
  • Experience in managing a small team of engineers and driving to meet design deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an excellent understanding of mathematics.
