Sodexo, a leading provider of quality-of-life services, is seeking a seasoned Director of Facilities Management to join our team. This role will provide strategic leadership for our facilities teams in delivering safe, sanitary, and innovative services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or direct facilities maintenance operations at multiple locations
  • Develop and implement strategic and operational objectives to reduce facility costs, improve productivity, and enhance the image of the organization
  • Oversee CMMS operations with Maximo and manage third-party contractors and vendors
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of management experience in hands-on operational roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Experience with asset management in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven track record of successful Facilities Management leadership experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems, architectural, landscape, and energy management
  • Demonstrated business and financial acumen with budget experience
