We are looking for a passionate Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Radiologic Technologist to help us achieve our objectives.

Position Summary and Requirements

We are in search of a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory Radiologic Technologist to join our facility, ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality, efficient care to all patients. Our team is exceptional, and we are eager to welcome someone who shares our commitment to meaningful patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the registered nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of patients in the Cath Lab.
  • Function effectively in a call-out scenario by scrubbing and operating the x-ray table.
  • Ensure proper archiving and storage of digital data while maintaining the functionality of image review stations.
  • Perform post-processing manipulation of digital data to provide additional clinical information to physicians.
  • Be prepared to respond in a Code Blue situation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field or a related area.
  • Prior experience in a Cath Lab is preferred.
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program is required.
  • ARRT certification and Radiologic Technologist certification through the Texas Department of Health or RCIS certification are required.
  • Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association is required.
  • ACLS certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment.
