About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Portfolio Lead to oversee the management of our Epigenetics, Cardiology, and Metabolism portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to drive near- and long-term growth by developing a comprehensive disease-area focused strategy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new products, innovation, and building on our leading network of collaborators and partners to understand and anticipate researchers' needs for the future.

About You

  • You have a degree in a life sciences discipline and extensive experience in product management and leadership within the life sciences, with a strong focus in Epigenetics, Cardiology, or Metabolism.
  • You possess a proven track record of driving product strategies that establish or reinforce market leadership in the life sciences, Epigenetics, Cardiology, or Metabolism research sectors.
  • You have a deep understanding of the Epigenetics, Cardiology, and/or Metabolism research landscape, particularly within academic and biopharma settings.
  • You are highly motivated, visionary, and results-driven, with a passion for leading the market in Mechanistic Tools-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a plan for high-impact Mechanistic Tool disease areas where our products can drive significant advancements.
  2. Drive identification of new and emerging targets in Epigenetics, Cardiology, and Metabolism for NPD focus.
  3. Lead and inspire a team of portfolio managers providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive excellence and innovation.
  4. Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize the Mechanistic Tools portfolio, anticipating the evolving needs of life science researchers.
  5. Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders in Epigenetics, Cardiology, and Metabolism.

Requirements

  • A degree in a life sciences discipline.
  • Extensive experience in product management and leadership within the life sciences.
  • Proven track record of driving product strategies that establish or reinforce market leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the Epigenetics, Cardiology, and/or Metabolism research landscape.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights and scientific data into actionable strategies.

Travel Requirements

The successful candidate will be required to travel 30% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
