Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and closing of Residential and Commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and schedule the activities of Project Coordinators, Superintendents, and Subcontractors to achieve project objectives.
  • Contract Administration - read and understand all scope of work for projects.
  • Prepare and maintain Master Schedules.
  • Facilitate weekly project meetings and track action items.
  • Perform job planning and Safety Reviews.
  • Manage Project Workflow daily.
  • Coordinate meetings among project stakeholders.
  • Meet billing and collection goals.
  • Provide accurate project budget updates, forecasts, and explanations for each project.
  • Monitor job progress compared to budget.
  • Conducts a job closeout review at the end of each project to review budget targets and final gross margin and number of repairs needed after the project.
  • Ensures all items are checked on the punch list and customer satisfaction survey are reviewed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing Residential and Commercial roofing projects.
  • Knowledge of the Florida Product Approvals.
  • Experience with Flat and Slope roof applications.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up skills required.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong work ethic and a high level of self-motivation.
