Compensation ranges from $42,000 to $50,000 base salary, with additional earnings through commissions and bonuses, totaling between $85,000 and $125,000 annually. The base salary is determined during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.

Qualifications
- Ability to commute to the office location.
- Current Florida 2-20 Property and Casualty License is mandatory.
- Current Florida 2-15 Life and Health License is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of active experience in insurance sales and customer service is preferred.
- Interest in marketing products tailored to customer needs.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- People-oriented and detail-focused.
- Proactive in addressing challenges.
- Capable of learning and utilizing computer systems.
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team.
