Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation & Affiliates. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will act as a caregiver for individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or other special needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct support and care to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities, or other special needs.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients with meal preparation and feeding.
  • Encourage and facilitate socialization and community integration.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • MAP certification preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
