The Home Improvement Solutions Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving revenue and brand growth for our clients by generating high-quality leads in their assigned territories. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in territory management, lead generation, sales, and customer relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities by highlighting the benefits and value of various home improvement solutions and products to potential customers.
  • Create and manage sales leads for the home design team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the sales cycle.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Foster strong relationships with Business Development and Management teams, providing regular feedback and insights on areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or consumer-focused field is preferred.
  • Prior customer service, sales, or business development experience is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse personalities and situations.

Compensation Package:

  • Competitive salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience.
