Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Settlement Manager to join our team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Innovations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and successful transaction experience for our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales agents in maintaining, documenting, and following up on escrow-related paperwork
  • Perform administrative duties as required by the manager, agent, client, or broker
  • Manage all aspects of the real estate transactions process, from processing sales in our database to auditing and maintaining related transactions files
  • Verify properties have been entered into the closing system
  • Ensure timely disclosure of required documents
  • Work closely with escrow and selling agents to retrieve necessary documents for closing
  • Verify and sign off on documents for correct signatures and dates
  • Follow up with agents for missing documents
  • Verify timely submission of required documents
  • Contact buyer's agent to request disclosure returns
Requirements
  • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm under stress and maintain a reliable and dependable work ethic
  • Motivation to provide exceptional customer service and experience
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • A valid real estate license is required for this position
