Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team at The Commons at North Park location in Midland, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional guest service by greeting and assisting customers in their selection and purchase of merchandise.
  • Enter guest data and sales information into the POS system accurately and efficiently.
  • Present jewelry from stock to guests and replace items in correct areas when sales are completed.
  • Repair, polish, or solder jewelry as needed.
  • Utilize the GUESTS program to interact with guests on the sales floor or phone and when handling guest-owned jewelry.
  • Provide knowledgeable service to guests on product information using in-store tools and training.
  • Box and wrap sales for gift presentation.
  • Achieve established individual Key Performance Metrics.
  • Assist Store Management in achieving store Key Performance Indicator Metrics.
  • Assist with daily housekeeping and maintenance duties.
  • Attend all required meetings.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn new technology.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn, with a positive team spirit.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous retail sales or guest service experience.
