As a ZIP DRIVER, you will be responsible for transporting clients safely and efficiently using a company vehicle. You will also be required to complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have a valid Washington State Drivers License, not more than 2 moving violations within 3 years, and pass DOT drug screening and a mandatory criminal background check. They should also be physically able to secure clients in wheelchairs or other devices and have a positive attitude and compassion to help others.

We follow a comprehensive hiring process, which includes submitting an application, attending a one-hour job shadow, passing a background check, completing virtual classroom training, fingerprints, and other paperwork, and finishing a 5-day paid training in a vehicle with one of our trainers.
