About the Role

At America's Auto Auction, we are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Vehicle Registration Clerk. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring a seamless registration process, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience at our auction.
  • Registration Processing: Accurately register vehicles for sale, update the Master Dealer list, and ensure all necessary stickers and markings are in place.
  • Marketing Materials: Coordinate the display of marketing materials in vehicles and ensure all window markings are correct.
  • System Updates: Review paperwork and exit vehicles in the system when customers depart, and ensure all hoods and trunks are properly latched.
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly guard shack at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous data entry skills preferred
  • Skills: Highly organized, self-motivated, and self-disciplined, with excellent customer service skills and computer proficiency.
  • Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

The Vehicle Registration Clerk will work in a fast-paced auction environment, representing America's Auto Auction and upholding the highest standards of customer service. The role involves working in various weather conditions, elevated noise levels, and at times, exposure to fumes and odors associated with vehicle exhaust.
