About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Blood Collection Staff-Customer Service representative. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our blood collection operations and providing exceptional customer service to our donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our team to transport and set up equipment at collection sites, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for donors.
  • Utilize your healthcare and customer service skills to assist with every step of the blood collection process, from donor registration to post-donation care.
  • Follow all safety procedures while collecting lifesaving blood donations that are delivered to hospitals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in phlebotomy and customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Customer service experience and effective verbal communication skills are essential.
  • A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required.
  • DOT certification may be required in some locations; if so, must pass applicable DOT physical and related requirements.
