Position Highlights & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive Family Medicine and Adult Primary Care, emphasizing value-based care supported by a robust team of specialists.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for neurological disorders affecting the central and peripheral nervous systems.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
  • Provide clinical care to Neurology patients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Eligibility for unrestricted licensure in the state of New York.
  • Board Certification or board eligibility in Neurology.
  • Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.
