About the Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Wendle Motors. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will work in a supportive environment with a strong team culture.

What You'll Do

  • Learn our systems and develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and provide exceptional service throughout their buying experience.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge of all vehicles and services offered by Wendle Motors.
  • Meet personal and team sales targets through effective prospecting and ethical selling practices.
  • Understand customer needs and present suitable options, ensuring a seamless buying experience.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to encourage repeat business and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Attend training and sales meetings to stay updated on products, techniques, and industry developments.
  • Ensure client information security and maintain a valid, clean driving record.

Requirements

  • Candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and be self-motivated.
  • A valid Washington Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
  • Skilled in using and adapting to new technologies, including our dealership management system.
  • Availability for a retail schedule that includes evenings and weekends.
