GPI is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to lead our proposal development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience in the Engineering industry, with a proven track record of preparing proposal responses for professional services solicitations. The successful candidate will work closely with our Business Development staff, technical staff, and project managers to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Proposal Management: Coordinate and manage the overall proposal process, including RFP/RFQ analysis, proposal writing, and quality control reviews.
• Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote GPI's services and expertise, including digital marketing, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Business Development: Collaborate with our Business Development staff to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
Requirements
• 5+ years of marketing experience in the Engineering industry
• Proven track record of preparing proposal responses for professional services solicitations
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
