Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Talk Therapist to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in McLean, VA. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a motivated patient population and enjoy a range of benefits, including guaranteed pay, paid orientation, and flexibility with your schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality mental health services to clients
  • Work collaboratively with our support team to ensure seamless client care
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training
  • Meet productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or LCSW, LMFT, or LPC
  • Virginia licensure required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
