Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Creative Arts Therapist who is also a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team at Carrollton Springs. This role includes weekend shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our patients.

Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Art Therapy from an accredited institution, along with LPC licensure.
- Certification as an Art Therapist in accordance with state guidelines.

Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting, particularly with patients dealing with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric issues, and geriatric care is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate individualized care plans that include specific, measurable goals and interventions tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Collaborate with nursing and program staff to enhance treatment planning and therapeutic interventions.
- Guide nursing staff in facilitating activity-related groups.
- Participate in treatment team meetings, contributing insights into patients' Activity Therapy objectives.
