Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Café Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Café Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our members, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare food according to item specifications, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a clean and organized café environment, ensuring that all areas are well-stocked and ready for members.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high-quality products, ensuring that all food is fresh, ready, and available for our members.
Requirements
  • Food Service Experience: Previous experience in food service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food Safety Certification: Possession of a valid food safety certification, such as Food Handler Certification.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and members.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
