Job SummaryWe are seeking a Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Signature HealthCARE. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients and residents
- Supervising day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants
- Operating in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations
- Confirming that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with written policies and procedures established by the facility
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An active LPN license in the state of residence
- Current/active CPR certification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality
