Job Title: Private Duty Nurse LPN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Private Duty Nurse LPN, you will have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Job Summary

The Private Duty Nurse LPN will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, while also maintaining a flexible schedule to meet the needs of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six (6) months of recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical care setting.
  • Home health experience.
