About the Role: As a Food Runner at Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge, you will be an integral part of our dynamic service team. You will assist the wait staff in serving food, filling and re-filling drinks, and cleaning guest tables. Your range of duties will include collaborating with wait staff to ensure tables are cleared, cleaned, and ready for the next guests, preparing the dining room for guests by setting tables and stocking necessary supplies, supporting wait staff by assisting with delivery of food and retrieval of required supplies, arranging tables for large parties, and maintaining a clean and sanitary bussing station.

Responsibilities: Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Collaborating with wait staff to ensure smooth service operations\

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A positive and willing attitude, with a strong desire to participate on a team and work collaboratively\
  • Flexibility and dependability\
  • The ability to bend, lift, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 pounds\
  • Previous busser experience will be viewed advantageously
