Pursuit Collection is seeking a Reservations Associate to join our team at the iconic Talkeetna Alaskan Lodge. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless operations.

The estimated salary for this role is $18.75 per hour, based on industry standards and location.

Job Description

The Reservations Associate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting arriving and departing guests with a professional and pleasant demeanor
  • Providing excellent guest service and enhancing the guest experience
  • Being knowledgeable of lodge services, daily functions, and activities occurring at the Lodge and in the area
  • Serving as the central information center for all lodge operations
  • Accounting for monies collected and performing basic accounting and cash handling procedures

  • The ability to work as a team and work with various personalities
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
  • An assertive and confident decision-making style, with a focus on sound judgments and problem-solving
