Highway Infrastructure Engineer Position

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Highway Infrastructure Engineer to support our Southwest Region located in Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for highway projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have a strong background in calculating plans quantities and engineering estimates, developing construction specifications, and coordinating with subconsultants. They will also lead or assist in the development of project designs, direct EIs and designers to successfully execute and deliver project work, while implementing client-focused strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a BS degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university. Additionally, you should have 8-12 years of relevant experience in roadway design, with proven skills in meeting DOT expectations, schedules, and budgets. TxDOT experience is preferred but not required. You must also be a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and proficient with MicroStation.
