The New Colleague Training (NCT) program is a paid training program where you'll not only have the support of your colleagues but also receive support, coaching, and guidance from your training manager. Both will be your support system, and you will connect daily in your virtual classroom. p>Some of our most successful colleagues are former legal professionals or have come from professional recruiting roles.This position is responsible for recruiting and vetting candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire legal roles. We work closely with corporations and law firms to find their next legal project manager, attorney, paralegal, legal assistant, contract manager, doc reviewers, and so on You will also meet with your team daily and work together to recruit and find great legal talent.

Requirements:

A law degree or legal experience is strongly preferred, as is prior recruiting experience in the legal space

Ability to prioritize and manage your time well

A personable, helpful demeanor and excellent written and verbal communication

This position's anticipated base salary range is $45,000 to $52,616. p>

Full-time employment benefits may include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and reimbursement and retirement programs. Available paid leave may include paid time off and parental and holiday pay.
