- Lead by example, demonstrating leadership skills through campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, or exceptional leadership of work projects.
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a BS in any Engineering major or Applied Physics.
- Desired GPA of 3.0 or above throughout the duration of the program.
- Must be available to work full-time during the summer months (May to August).
