We are seeking a dedicated Freight Broker to enhance our logistics operations at Patterns India. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary along with monthly commissions (tiered up to 35%) and additional bonuses, complemented by standard benefits.
Key Requirements:
- Must possess an ACTIVE portfolio of clients, generating a gross margin of $15k-$20K per month at a minimum.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
- Proven experience as a Freight Broker, with skills in booking, quoting, servicing, and managing shipments.
- Willingness to sign a non-compete and non-solicitation agreement.
- No existing non-compete or non-solicitation agreements.
- Must have active customers, shipments, and leads that have been sourced independently.
- This position is not suitable for candidates who need to BUILD a client base.
- The ideal candidate should be able to START MAKING SALES and booking loads from the first day of employment.
